New and Improved

Whilst there may be a small amount of truth in the saying, the constant pursuit of beer perfection remains at the forefront of most brewers minds! With this in mind we have made some subtle tweaks and changes to our Blonde recipe to bring it closer to how we want it to taste.

The main change has come in the form of the hops. We wanted to give the beer a little more ‘oomph’ in terms of bitterness and aroma. We have used Nugget as the bittering hop with a combination of Ahtanum and the beautiful Rakau for the aroma. The malt bill remains untouched and our Belgian Ardennes yeast remains in place to deliver those characteristic spice and fruit aromas synonymous with Belgian ales.

Expect some big fruity flavours on the nose and spicy bitterness that combine fantastically well with the spice and fruit aromas of the yeast.

As fermentation continues to get carried away with itself, expect to see this new and improved recipe on the shelves very soon!
