August has been a bit of a strange month between brewing, insurance claims and supplier issues. All part of the fun in running a small business. There has been plenty of work going on behind the scenes all of which will reach fruition in September and next month is looking very interesting indeed!
Beer continues to head out the door so check out our stocklists page to find your nearest place to buy our beer. There has been a good up take in Chelsea and Fulham so if you are lucky enough to live in those areas check out the nearest place to you.
Good things come to those who wait and we brewed our latest beer yesterday. Without giving too much away it’ll be a beautiful little Saison that will be available in 330ml and 750ml bottles. If you want a bit of history on the Saison style you can read my previous blog here. Label design is complete, the fermentation is underway and packaging is sorted so everything should go smoothly (you can probably tell I’m riding high on optimism at the moment!). Watch this space for our new beer hitting the shelves near you towards the end of September.
I’ll be doing a tasting of our beer at Sourced Market in St. Pancras station on Friday 6th September at 4pm. If you’re in the area or simply waiting for a train then pop by and say hello. I’ll be chatting about our beer, what we do and what we’re about. There will be some of our amazing beer to try and of course buy in the Sourced Market shop. See you there.
